Recommendation: if you love more green olives, replace the black olives for greens.
Ingredients:
5 garlic clove, mashed
1/2 teaspoon hot paprika
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon dry oregano
2 spring thyme
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1 strip orange peel
2 spring parsley
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
Steps:
1- Combine all the ingredients in a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid, add water to cover, and shake well.
2- Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 10 days, stirring occasionally.
3- Serve cold or at room temperature.
