Roll on this table each time you roll on your mutation table. For a more stable mutation table, roll on this table only when rolling a 1 on a d6 when you roll on your mutation table. These results permanently modify your mutation table, I suggest to print your table to be able to write on it to make modifications. ("Entry" refer to the entry that was rolled on the mutation table.)
